Terms and Conditions of Zest Properties

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of desk spaces and rooms in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) by Zest Properties.

 

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

2. Desk Space Rental

2.1. Desk spaces can be rented on a daily, five-day, or monthly basis.

2.2. The rental fee must be paid in advance before access to the desk space is granted.

2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rented desk space.

2.4. Any damage caused to the desk space, furniture, or surrounding area by the user will be the user's responsibility, and Zest Properties reserves the right to seek reimbursement for damages.

2.5. Zest Properties reserves the right to decline or cancel a desk space rental at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Rental

3.1. Rooms in HMOs are subject to a separate tenancy agreement, which will outline the terms of occupancy, rent payments, and responsibilities.

3.2. Tenants must adhere to the house rules, including but not limited to noise restrictions, cleanliness, and shared space etiquette.

3.3. Any damages to the room or communal areas caused by the tenant will be charged to the responsible party.

3.4. Rent payments must be made in full and on time as per the tenancy agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. General Terms

4.1. Zest Properties reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

4.2. Users must comply with all health and safety regulations while using the premises.

4.3. Zest Properties shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the premises.

4.4. Users must not engage in any unlawful activities while using the rented desk space or HMO property.

4.5. Zest Properties reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing users where applicable.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1. Desk space rentals may be terminated by either party with prior notice in accordance with the rental period terms.

5.2. HMO tenancy agreements will be subject to the termination clauses outlined in the specific tenancy contract.

5.3. Zest Properties may terminate any rental agreement immediately in cases of breach of these terms, misconduct, or non-payment.

 

By renting a desk space or a room from Zest Properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
